I cannot express my thanks and appreciation adequately for my week at Lake Ellen Bible Camp. I was and still am impressed with the contagious servant hearts I observed all week. It was truly overwhelming to see the "Body Life" of Christ in action. It was my honor and privilege to be asked to speak and minister. However, I think it was you who ministered to me.

I want to personally thank the counselors and other seasonal staff that took out time from their very busy schedules to spend time with me. Your testimonies and commitment to serve at Lake Ellen Bible Camp will always be a highlight of your service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The excellent facilities, great food selection, and fantastic activities did not go unnoticed. But the greatest blessing was observing your love, concern and engagement with "the kids." As we know, it is not about us, it is about the kids and their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Mike Hammond
Speaker for Trailblazers

It was a blessing to minister as camp speaker with you over the last week. Your staff has been one of the best Spirit-filled camp staffs I have experienced. Their attention to the campers and genuine desire for the camper’s spiritual growth as well as their own spiritual growth was refreshing to see. It was evident in their faces that they are serving out of joy and a true love of the children and young adults that pass through your camp gates. I praise God for the souls that have been reached for the Lord because of their faithful service and dedication to God and to the camp. Your staff did a wonderful job dealing with difficult circumstances and provided loving and caring guidance and support for the campers.
Your staff made my family and I feel welcome from the very start. We instantly felt like a “member of the family” as soon as we arrived. It has been evident that the Lord is doing miraculous things through the ministry at Lake Ellen Camp. I eagerly look forward to the next opportunity to minister with you and your extremely dedicated and faithful staff.
In His Service,
Rian K Bass

“…We arrived on Friday evening to welcome arms of the staff.  They made sure we knew where everything was… We met that evening to worship and receive teaching from the bible and followed up with time to meet and enjoy our new acquaintances.

Saturday began with a meal…Oh my goodness!!! Did I mention how great the food was?...next year we will need to diet before coming as the variety and amount was unsurpassed..

…it was difficult to see Sunday morning come, and have to go home soon…

We will be staying in touch with our new friends and will return next year with as many others as we can tell….

PS Did we mention how awesome the food was??? And how special (and spoiled) we felt while we were there.”
