Ladies Fall Retreat
Theme: Lessons for Leaving a Legacy
September 10-12, 2010  Registration will begin at 3:00 pm central.
Cost: $69.00 ($40.00 Saturday only)
Speaker: Robyn Dykstra    e-mail: drdhappy@comcast.net   Web site: www.robyndykstra.com

Robyn Dykstra is a wife to Dave and mother of two grown boys. She has been a Women’s Speaker for more than 20 years, and she shares stories of inspiration and challenge in a way that will make you laugh and cry.

Imported to Grand Rapids decades ago, she considers Grand Rapids her hometown although she was born and raised in the Madison, WI area. She says that as a newlywed, the relocation to MI was a gift because it kept in-laws from dropping by unexpectedly and it was too far away to run home to her mother when the inevitable disagreements ensued in the first years of marriage.

Robyn is a homebody by nature; her favorite pastimes are reading and watching videos (as long as she controls the remote). She says she does like an occasional adventure. She acquired her pilot’s license at 42 so she could fly single engine airplanes and bought herself a motorcycle to ride with her boys on summer days.

A member of Vineyard North Christian Church for 8 years, she leads Women’s Bible Studies on Monday night and Tuesday morning, she is a youth group leader, prayer team adviser and mommy mentor to women in her church and community.

Highlights of our retreat will include:
